Our Satisfaction Guarantee

Based on clinical studies of our ingredients, most women see optimal results around months 2-3 of consistent use.

To qualify for our Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • You must use the product as directed for the full duration of your supply (30 days for 1-pack, 90 days for 3-pack, 180 days for 6-pack)
  • If you're not satisfied with your results after completing your supply, contact us at support@tryzuno.com for a refund

How It Works:

  1. Complete your full supply as directed
  2. Contact us with your order number and feedback
  3. We'll process your full refund — no fees, no return required

Important:

  • Refund requests made before completing the recommended trial period will not qualify (the product needs time to work)
  • Limit: One refund per customer per product type
  • Damaged or defective products: Free replacement, no questions asked

Returns

  • We cannot accept returns on opened products
  • As a food-based supplement, ZUNO is a perishable product. Once it leaves our warehouse we cannot safely resell returned items for health and quality reasons
  • We strongly encourage you to complete your supply to qualify for our full Satisfaction Guarantee instead (full refund, no fees, no return needed)

Discretionary Refunds:

  • In rare cases where circumstances prevent you from completing your supply, we can offer a partial refund at our discretion
  • Contact us at support@tryzuno.com to explain your situation, and our team will review your request on a case-by-case basis

Why We Can't Accept All Returns

As a food-based supplement, Zuno is a perishable product. Once opened and used, we cannot safely resell returned items. This policy ensures every customer receives fresh, unopened products of the highest quality.

We cannot offer refunds or returns for:

  • Taste preferences: Our guarantee is based on results and health benefits, not flavor
  • Allergies: It's your responsibility to review all ingredients (listed on our product pages) before purchasing
  • Buyer's remorse after 12 hours: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if not yet fulfilled. After this window, standard return terms apply
  • Ordering mistakes: Please review your order carefully before checkout

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been fulfilled
  • After 12 hours, your order is likely already processing/shipped and cannot be cancelled
  • If your order has shipped, you may return unopened products under our standard return policy once received

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us at support@tryzuno.com with photos
  2. We'll send a free replacement at no cost to you (no return shipping, no fees)
  3. You may be asked to return the damaged item (we'll provide a prepaid label)

Autoship Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are not covered under the Satisfaction Guarantee
  • We recommend starting with a one-time purchase before subscribing
  • Cancel, pause, or skip anytime through your account portal
  • Cancellations must be completed before your next charge date

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of approval
  • Refunds will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank or credit card provider)
  • If your refund does not appear after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider first, then contact us at support@tryzuno.com if the issue persists
